I plan on heading out to Vegas on the 3rd of July and staying through the 9th to hopefully play the Main Event if things go well. I've put together a package to hopefully make enough to buy a seat into the Main and I'm looking for some backing on the events I have planned. The Main Event is not part of this package but you will have an option to buy shares of the Main Event if I make enough to play in it. Those that know me know I'm honest, responsible, I'm not into partying, drinking etc. when I go out there it is to play poker and win and that's what I will be focusing on. If you don't know me and would like some references feel free to email me. The total cost of the events listed below is $2650.00 plus a small markup of 1.132 or a little over 10% to help with some travel expenses, food, etc. The package I have put together looks like this:
Thursday July 5th Event #59B - $1000.00
Mega Satellite to Main Event* - $550.00
Mega Satellite to Main Event* - $550.00
Mega Satellite to Main Event* - $550.00
*I will spread the satellites out across my trip playing one on the 4th and the rest after Event #59 I will show proof of buy in for all events via pictures on twitter @FiveFingerz
Total cost of package is $2650.00 x 1.132 mark up = $3000.00
Here is a link to the spreadsheet I will be selling in increments of 1% = $30.00 / 5% = $150.00 / 10% = $300 etc.
I will be selling between 50%-65% of my play in this package. I will accept paypal, cash, check, bank transfer. All payments must be received prior to July 2nd 2012. Or in person in Vegas before I play my first event.
I will be playing all three satellites regardless of cashing in the first one or two, in the event I make enough to play in the the Main Event anyone who invested in this package will have the option to buy shares of my Main Event buy in with no markup or have profits returned to you. (*Disclaimer*) Also if there are any taxes due you will receive a 1099 and will be responsible for paying the tax on your portion of winnings.
If you are interested or have any questions please feel free to email me - fivefingerz at gmail dot com. Or send me a DM on Twitter @FiveFingerz
Thanks for taking a look and/or investing in me.

My ummm Annual post.... with hopefully more to come!
Wow wtf you blink and a year goes by like it wasn't even there. I guess thats what getting older does to you, that and everything starts sagging. Well for those that still may catch these when I post. I took some time off from poker, kinda had to. Good investment went bad, bad relationship got worse and the next thing you know you find yourself looking back wondering where time went like I am now with this blog. Finding it hard to believe its been almost a year since I made a post and almost 5 years since I started this thing.
From now on if I post it probably wont be about poker, I am still playing though. More on a recreational basis and there's a slim possibility I'm taking baby steps back to playing full time again. I mean with the crack down on on-line poker and our freedoms being taken away from us little by little and all, there might be an influx of good games in the B&M's again. Soooo you might see me back around here and there.
If I post it will be about real life stuff. Like sustainable living, and other stuff like waking up the people of this country that's slowly going down the tubes. People are just so caught up now days that no one realizes what this country was built on anymore. People forget that this country was built on Freedom, the right to be FREE, The GOD given right to be FREE! And not be held down by some tyrannical monarchy or dictatorship, but people take a look at what we have created or at what we have let happen. Its turning into what our forefathers were running away from, but lordy its a trillion times worse. And where are we going to run to?? Wake up People and stand up for your God given right as an American citizen to be free, speak freely and most importantly think freely.
Ok thats my patriotic speech for the week hope it helped. If you all want to get educated on some other real issues check out Dr. Pauly's Tao of Fear

L.A. via La.
A little over 17 hours, 1100 miles, and a time zone change we arrived in N.O. La. We covered 7 states and we shaved a hour of our est. time not to shabby. To check out our route click here
Why you ask did you come to New Orleans? Aren't you going to Los Angeles, CA.? Yea well turns out there's a WSOP circuit event at harrah's New Orleans and we've never been here before. Its pretty cool down here minus the hurricane damage that looms on the out skirts of the city, oh and then there's that nasty lil oil spill they are still trying to clean up. One thing that hit me when we came into the city was the great smell in the air of cajun food cookin' yum!
Not much to see here kids move along, most of the trip was rather uneventful, just long and green. Well Chattanooga, TN. was nice, we didn't stop there but out of all the places along the way it seemed the nicest just the way it was laid out and situated in little valley in the mountains. I took a few pictures once we go further south and the sun came up and hopefully I will have more to show on the next leg of our trip. Here's some of the pics I took coming into New Orleans. Until tomorrow, remember follow us on twitter @FiveFingerz @OnaFoldDraw and Facebook.

Road Trip, Heading West
Wow been a long time since I wrote in this thing, almost a year. Well this is a good time to knock the dust off and start over. A few months ago @OnAFoldDraw said he was moving to L.A., a few weeks ago he asked if I wanted to take a road trip cross country with him to make the move, umm hell yea. Plus he owes me a trip cross country, I was bumped in lieu of a blonde with boobies on his last venture across the great wide open LOL. Cant say I blame him.
I've never driven cross country before, can't say I'm looking forward to ride because I've done my fair share of traveling (driving) up and down the east coast. Flying is much easier and will be how I'm getting home for sure. But I've always wanted to drive cross country mostly for the experience and to see what else is out there in this country we live in. Although I've been told its a whole lotta nothin' I'm still looking forward to seeing it. I've never been west of the Mississippi so it will be nice to add a notch to my travel belt, well a few notches.
If you are out that way or along the way be sure to hit me up, also look for me @CommerceCasino sometime on/after Thursday May 13th.
I will be updating this thing daily from the road, so be sure to check in daily. You can also follow along on Twitter @Fivefingerz & @OnAfoldDraw for up to the minute updates and Facebook for the pictures.

Where'd you go
Nowhere unfortunately, had a whole bunch of plans for the summer but none of them materialized due the fact of all the work I have been putting in to this damn house. Don't get me wrong its a beautiful farm house on 85 acres built in 1903 as per the tax records for MD, but I believe part of the house is a bit older. I am only renting it but worked out a sweet deal with the landlord who is greatly appreciative to have me there after some bad luck with previous tenants. I'd love to buy the place but am not really in a position to do so right now but we'll see maybe in a few years I'll make him an offer.
One of my traits, and I don't know if its a good or bad thing, is that when it comes to doing work I have to do it right and if its not right when I take it apart I have to take it apart more and make it right. Ever seen Holmes on Homes a TV show on the HGTV channel and some other channels related to home improvement, well that's me LOL and some times I wonder why I love to do this kind of work. The few weeks worth of work I intended on doing turned into a few months worth of work because of all band aids over top of band aids that had been put on things by prior tenants and contractors. So I pretty much had to take the whole kitchen/bath/laundry area apart on the 1st floor and start over. Oh what a long strange trip its been.
I've taken pictures all the way through from start to finish and really wish I had the time to let you guys follow my progress as I was working. But putting in 12+ hours a day, not every day but close to it and trying to juggle family life and my everyday chores there just wasn't time sit down and upload pictures and write along the way. I will however be posting all the pictures at once so you can see start to finish and see where I disappeared to for the past few months.
I'm getting back on track though back to the regular grind and I have some things planned in the the next two months one of them being Borgata's poker open in Sept. which I plan on attending and will possibly be selling a portion of my action. I'm a lil rusty so I'll be heading up to AC for a week in August to get some practice in before hand haha and to relax for a week away from everything. Oh and I'm playing Saturdays w/ Dr.Pauly $10 PLO today at 4:20 pm on poker stars if you want to join us just the follow his link for all the info.

Wow been a minute
Well its been a few months since I have posted on here, I've been busy working on my house and time has just flown by. I was planning on going out to Vegas for a few weeks but just got caught up and now its almost July. I still might make it out there, I have been playing some steps on PokerStarsbut just haven't been able to get 100% focused on it. Hopefully I'll be done with the house and all moved in in the next few weeks and I'll be able to get back to the normal grind here. Until then hopefully I'll be able to at least get up yo A.C. and play a satellite for the summer open but even that's looking like its not going to happen bleh.... oh well.

Hits from the bong
I'm on hiatus, I guess, taking some time off to catch up on things and no its not bong hits. I guess most of you have seen Michael Phelps in the news lately, I saw the clip below on Wicked Chops and figured I'd make a post about it cause it was so funny. The kid is 23 years old and he just won 12 gold medals let him live a little jeesh, I mean you let comcast inject him with that silver goo whats a little ganja gonna do to him. Really though who do you want your kid striving to be like the pot smoking swimmer who sets world records and wins gold medals or a steroid crazed athlete that shoots himself in groin.
